Elaborate plans for boys and girls to take turns skiing fell through but of course Chris still drove in from Pembroke and we got our ski.  The only part of the Park skiable was the Parkway and we did the loop P8 up Penguin toward Champlain lookout turning off down Fortune and back to P8.  It doesn't matter how many times I bike or ski this section I always forget how many little (and big) climbs there are on the way up.  This was one of those early season skis that is necessary to kick start some training gain.  Nice weather and decent conditions all things considered.  And pictures galore!
